On March 2, 2015, President Mr.Gu Haitao met in COMPLANT Building a delegation of China Overseas Development Association (CODA) led by Deputy Secretary General Mr. He Zhengwei.
Mr. He Zhengwei introduced the CODA’s founding background and services provided.
